The company “Forknello” has been in the market for a while, it has faced various crises over different periods. The participant has recently joined the company, and they will need to resolve three different life-stage crisis situations. The aim is to lead the business through three different situations. Identify the crises and associated risks, and find a solution for them in order to stabilize the company. Each chapter in this module covers a different management topic that will help the participant lead the company. The participant will learn more about crisis management through three different simulations.
